At this moment, many people lack sleep due to many factors. Many employees have this factor due to pressure from their work and personal problems. Excessive focus on their work can make an employee sleep late and think less about their health. Due to piling work and lack of sleep, as well as predetermined deadlines, employees are stressed and overthinked. Sometimes, the pressure around them can make employees give up on their lives and want to end it all. This must be considered very much because it can endanger yourself to the point of being helpless. Another factor of lack of sleep is a disease that has plagued many people such as insomnia. This disease is caused by a lot of thoughts, anxiety, stress, and depression.
Lack of sleep has many impacts on habits. Generally, adults need 7-8 hours of sleep every night to keep the body fit. However, those with sleep disorders can sleep up to more than 8 hours or even less than 7 hours. Various adverse health effects can lurk sufferers of sleep disorders. Sleep disorders can occur in various forms, such as difficulty falling asleep or maintaining sleep conditions (insomnia), falling asleep regardless of time and place (narcolepsy). Sleep disturbances can be caused by many things, such as psychological conditions due to stress, depression, anxiety disorders, or physical conditions such as respiratory problems, such as asthma, allergies, or colds. It could also be due to the influence of alcohol and environmental conditions when going to bed. The aging process, lifestyle, and daily sleep patterns can also affect it.
